Round1 Bowling & Arcade - Greensboro

Edit: Just went talking to the people working there. The managing staff were very helpful. I got a refund. Original; Went there with friends for karaoke last night. Paid for 2 hours at around 8:20pm. There were some issues with the system so our songs kept skipping in our room. The guy worked there couldn’t solve the issue and told us we could have 15 minutes extension for free. Not the best solution but okay. However, the same guy came to our room and told us we were 10 minutes over time around 9:45pm. We left and only realized that we weren’t over time at all and that the worker kicked us out for his own mistake on our way home.

Love this place, had a lot of fun, the only reason I don’t give this place 5 stars is because most of the claw games, the claws are loose. And companies who have claws do it on purpose to get you to spend more. The dropping the tube in a whole was fun won two prizes with those. Bowling was really fun too. Mostly played in the arcade because the claws are a joke. But I love how you get gifts when you spend more than 50. Overall had a great time with the family

This place is fun to come to when you have nothing else to do. Convenient area. I just wish there was discount days like what a Dave n’ Busters would do, it seems similar here to that. Unfortunately, the food here….is very lacking. It’s “clean” inside, but not clean like it should be. The entrance is usually trashy looking on the outside. Played a game where the crane had issues, & upon telling a worker here, they came to “fix” it, he reset all my progress….putting the balls back! We’ve been here multiple times & not ONCE did an employee reset our ball drop progress. That was very disheartening & disappointing. Certain employees here seem to hate their job, which tbh we all do but when people wanna go out & have fun it brings the mood…down. Like sorry we even showed up kinda down. On a side note, the themed drinks are ok, we do enjoy the prizes & the overall atmosphere here. Especially on casual or slower days. I look forward to seeing updates to this place in the future, we will continue doing business here, but would love to see a better interaction with staff & other updates. Thank you💕

Such a fun place. Staff were not very friendly but we had a good time. The karaoke room was nice. Be sure to really watch your time. They do not come warn you and it doesn’t shut off when your time is up so they will charge you extra. Lots of games to choose from and not busy at all during the week!

I enjoy coming here for the racing games. My only concern is that they don’t clean the games and there are no cleaning supplies to wipe down the seats or steering wheels. I’ve been going for about two months now and have ended up with lice twice😩😩😩I don’t go to many public places so, I’m pretty sure I hit lice here! Please provide cleaning supplies and hand sanitizer!
